A Pivotal Decision
After many successful years as Sale, Acquisition and Merger advisors to North American Software and Technology Companies; Kevin Tribe and Bob Graham have achieved their mutual goals under Pivotal Decisions and individually set strategic new objectives. This has resulted in the creation of two new firms with the teams going in similar but separate directions. Kevin will be continuing work under his new company Tequity Inc, while Bob will lead WavePoint M&A Inc.
Kevin and Bob remain partners in Pivotal Decisions, however effective May 1, new client projects will be conducted under their respective new companies.
